I finished one of my fabled chess sets! Now we'll see if I ever get around to making a Daein version... the sad thing will be that the pawns will all be generic cause there aren't enough notable Daeins to use unless I go with the Dawn Brigade which will just look silly because there will be a bunch of gigantic black-armor-clad people (like Ashnard, Zelgius, Bryce, Petrine, Bertram, etc.) and then a bunch of random puny folk. Whatever, I don't like Failcaiah anyway. I probably won't ever get around to making them anyway since I've already started on my Ranulf costume, which is going to take up my crafting time now, not to mention I'm into the 4th case of PW: Trials and Tribulations, and most of the way through Lego Star Wars... hell, it's a miracle I finished this whole set, and with two pieces to spare!

Knights - Kieran & Oscar (duh... and a Titania on the side)
Rooks - Tibarn & Naesala (I want to make a Haar and Marcia but didn't feel like making any more mounts)
Pawns - Rolf, Lethe, Ranulf, Mia, Gatrie, Boyd, Sothe, Nephenee

I'm actually pretty happy with how they all turned out, though Ike ended up being one of the shortest pieces in the whole set... even Soren is taller than he is, oops. I guess that happens when you make them four at a time, I should have made all of the bases first then chosen them by size. Gatrie's one of the shorter ones too. Oh well, they're still all really cute ^_^
